Delivery Information

We prepare every order in our studio.

Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you place an order before 18:00 on Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday, it will be shipped the following day.

Orders placed after these cut-off times are prepared for the next shipping day.

We currently ship within the European Union. Shipments are processed through Sendcloud and delivered by PostNL, DHL or DPD. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information by email.

Because we ship exclusively within the European Union, no import duties or import taxes apply.

Shipping Costs

Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order until it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, open your order using the button below and select the cancellation option. Your cancellation is only confirmed once you have received a cancellation confirmation by email.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled. You may instead submit a return request after receiving your order, in accordance with the return procedure below.

Returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting a return request.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

As the return remains your responsibility until it has been delivered to us, you may also wish to insure the parcel.

Please return all items unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Ensure that they are packed carefully in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Once your return has been received, the items will be inspected. After the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
